DROP Statement

The DROP Statement screen allows you to generate a DROP statement for any valid date range. These statements are for historical use only.

To access your DROP Statement information, select the DROP Statement option from the menu on the left pane of the window. The DROP Statement screen appears.

The Summary Information section contains the details of your membership in the retirement plan:

• From Date - Enter the beginning date of time period you wish to see.
• To Date - Enter the end date of time period you wish to see.
• View/Print Statement - Press this button to generate the DROP statement for the date range you have entered.

The DROP Account Statement report a variety of information about your DROP account including your plan, currently selected DROP start and end dates, as well as subtotals by pay period.
